With the successful launch of the Manor Community Collection Point for Sheffield Credit Union and the ongoing weekly collection points up and running, the Lower Manor Community Steering Group will be starting to look at other projects within the area.

Our group is currently working on revamping the Angleton Community Rooms (see below) and will soon be starting work on the Garden Project.

Angleton Meeting Rooms - the rooms are currently closed due to the first phase of refurbishment. 'In-training' a local service provider for community groups have kindly offered their services free of charge to paint the entire internals of the building. Places for People are replacing the carpets to laminate flooring at the beginning of March, so hopefully by mid March we should have a nice, bright and fresh community meeting room.

Garden Project - This is work to be carried out on the Garden surrounding Angleton Community Rooms, Funding has been obtained to improve the garden and make it into an ongoing project that the youth and the community steering group can work together on.
