On the 25th September 2015 we had organised to have our Macmillan Coffee Morning, after a couple of weeks of planning and organising who would be baking what, the day had come and we had a whole host of extravagant buns and cakes that we would be selling. All our staff members and a number of our licensees had baked for us and gave us a helping hand.

On the day Donna, and an ex member of our staff, Sue, had the job of selling all the goodies that we had. We had only anticipated selling the buns for a couple of hours but due to high demand we kept the coffee morning going for around 4 hours selling the majority of everything. After we had drawn the winner of the ‘Spot The Cake’ competition, which was Roland Krain in Unit D5, we started to count up the money. All in all we raised a total of £300.00 for the well deserved charity.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all our licensees, staff and friends who helped us make the day a success by baking or buying the cakes and buns, and also by donating their money to the charity.
